Meet the clinic team, share your health history and care priorities, and ask questions about how care at Halsey works. Bring your current medication list and any relevant medical records to help guide the conversation.
Your clinician will decide which assessments or treatments are appropriate based on your individual history and concerns.

Appointment policy
Plan ahead for your visit.
- Bring a valid OHIP card to every insured visit.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling.
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- A $50 fee may apply to no-shows and same-day cancellations.
- Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges.
- When a time is full, ask to join the waitlist for the next opening.
- Walk-in clinic patients are seen according to clinician availability.
