Questions before your visit?
A few practical answers can make the day of your appointment feel easier.
What services do you offer?
Halsey provides general check-ups, chronic-disease care, vaccinations, minor procedures, men's and women's health, medical forms and access to selected specialist services. Availability can vary, so call if you are booking a specialist or uninsured service.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking ahead is recommended for a smoother visit and shorter wait. Patients are welcome at the walk-in clinic for urgent concerns and are seen based on clinician availability.
Do you accept insurance?
The clinic accepts OHIP for insured services and works with many major insurance providers. Coverage differs by service, so contact the clinic if you are unsure.
What should I bring?
Bring valid identification, your health or insurance card, a current medication list and any relevant records, referral letters or forms.
Are same-day appointments available?
Same-day care may be available for urgent medical needs. Availability changes through the day, so book online or call early.
