Prepare for your visitBring a valid OHIP card to every insured visit.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
A $50 fee may apply to no-shows and same-day cancellations.
Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges.
When a time is full, ask to join the waitlist for the next opening.
Walk-ins are welcome and seen according to clinician availability.
